Milk Oolong

A hybrid of green tea and black tea, this improved variety of semi-fermented tea hails from The World Heritage Site of Fujian in China and the breathtaking Pinglin in Taipei and is also referred to as “'green leaf with red edging'. Produced between March and December, this superior oolong tea is grown at altitudes of 500 to 1,200 meters and consists of only the best whole leaves. 

This flavorful tea has a unique semi-balled structure due to the traditional method of rolling during processing, which slowly unfurls when steeped. 

The mild fermentation and the high aromatic content of this tea make it a delightful blend with a mellow taste and a warm fragrance that has both milky and toasted notes. With a strong flavor of black tea and a delicate aroma of green tea, this light yellow colored liquor has a diversity of flavors and a lasting milky sweetness. A great accompaniment to afternoon tea and pastries.
